At Tani, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
